4-Week Class Series

While these specific series will likely be offered often, this is not a traditional yoga studio with ongoing drop-in classes. Practice is only offered as limited series with intimate class sizes.
You sign up for all four classes at once and cannot bounce between classes.

Small group classes meet a certain amount of weeks and are offered in-person.
Pre-registration is required. You register for all classes in the series.
6-Week Class Series
These 6-week series are a little more special and the topic or style will change throughout the year.

Flowing movement is synchronized to the breath. Class is fun, challenging, and creative.

Mobility & Wall Flow
Mobility Flow: A combination of multiple mobility methods of active stretching, bodyweight strength training, rolling, and prop use. We’ll find ways to release muscle pain and increase quality of movement to create more ease in the body and a greater understanding of how we can move efficiently in our day-to-day lives. Many yoga techniques, rest, and mindfulness are also applied.
Wall Flow: We use the walls, floors, and various props to hold and align postures, for longevity in postures and mind, proper alignment, more comfort and creativity.
Mobility Flow: Fridays, February 7 - 28, 9:30am
Basics
An exploration of personal alignment and mobility. Salutations, standing and floor shapes are explored. Props are widely used to help us find variations that fit our bodies. Think of class as movement basics and yoga foundations on which to build your practice.

Primary Series and Mix-up
The Ashtanga Primary (or 1st) Series involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures - a process producing an intense internal heat. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Mix-up does just that: we mix shapes from both the 1st and 2nd Series into one fun, intricate flow. Arm balances, handstands, headstand and backbends are often explored.
