Binds are a luxury, holding us securely in place, much like knots and bows hold things together. Practice the careful process of opening the body, preparing it for safe and effective binding. By working mindfully towards a bind, we ensure that once bound, we can relax and enjoy the benefits.
We will use some props, focusing especially on the shoulders, hips, and knees. This will be a joyful journey.
