Inversions Workshop

Friday, April 12, 6 - 8pm, $50

Learn how to practice variations of Headstand (Sirsasana) and Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) with confidence and ease. To practice inversions safely you must consider individual skeletal variations, taking into consideration head shape, shoulder structure and more. We will visit many forms of headstand and shoulderstand, finding various ways in and out of the postures. Props will help create strong foundations, eliminate fear, and create fluidity of breath.
